Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select perpHect, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID you subscribed with.
Open perpHect, go to Profile → Health Integration, and follow the prompt to grant permission. perpHect only reads the activity and fitness data you authorise, and uses it solely to personalise your hydration targets. You can disconnect anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link from [email protected]. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
You can delete your account directly within the app by going to Profile → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data — including hydration logs, check-ins, and notes — are permanently removed. You will be logged out immediately.
