Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the perpHect app, operated by PERPHECT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16011627). By downloading or using perpHect, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

perpHect is an AI-powered hydration coaching app that provides personalised daily hydration targets, adaptive reminders, behavioural insights, and progress tracking. perpHect provides general hydration guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider about your hydration needs, especially if you have a medical condition.

2. Subscription

• Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment is taken during the trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends at no cost.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel beforehand.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings on your device (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple directly through the App Store; perpHect does not process refunds independently.

3. What the Subscription Unlocks

perpHect Premium unlocks the full experience: AI coaching and daily plans, smart reminders, weekly insights, full check-in history and progress tracking, Apple Health integration, and future features at no additional cost.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use perpHect only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or its services. Your account is for your personal use.

5. Intellectual Property

The perpHect app, its content, branding, and coaching system are owned by PERPHECT LTD. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.

6. Disclaimer

perpHect is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PERPHECT LTD makes no warranties about the accuracy or fitness of the hydration guidance provided, which is general in nature and not medical advice.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app under Profile → Delete Account. On confirmation, your account, hydration logs, check-ins, notes, and behavioural profile are permanently removed. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected]. 8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
